Sustrans Rangers will be in the area on Monday 3rd Sept, and we will check this out. The towpath from Meadowhall to Rotherham is due to be resurfaced, which is much needed, so this could be the cause of the problem.

My boyfriend and I bought bikes this weekend and tested them out on this Don valley circular, but had to head back the way we came at Tinsley canal path near meadowhall Tinsley tram stop.
